The aim of the prize is to appraise an excellent project which contributed significantly
to development of information society in the Czech Republic especially with regard
to the needs of state administration and self-government.
During the first annual contest the prize was awarded to the Ministry of Justice for
opening companies' register on the Internet to the public and for its long-term open
attitude to the needs of general public.
