History of European Seminars
The cycle of Seminars on Local and Regional Information Society
started at the beginning of the the year 1998. The goal of those meetings was to compare
approaches and experiences from the development of information society in the countries
of the European Union, Council of Europe and those wishing to joint European Structures.
