The main topics of the conference will include evaluation of the e-government development in the Visegrád countries as well as information about the key projects that succeeded in starting or completing. Following the tradition there will be plenty of space given to the projects from the area of e-tourism, issues concerning further development of cross-border collaboration, experience from implementation of modern technologies in wider spectrum of areas related to the public administration and presentations of best practices. “A long-term project V4DIS, which is focused on use of information and communication technologies in public administration and local governments of V4 countries, development of modern electronic services for citizens, exchange of experience and presentation of chosen projects, started already in 2004,” says the executive director of the conference ISSS/V4DIS Tomáš Renčín. “This event is traditionally co-organized by the Vysočina Region and the conference itself has been a few times supported also by the International Visegrád Fund (IVF).” The V4DIS conference programme will include apart from the traditional accompanying events of the ISSS conference also the traditional Sunday VIP evening in the Klicpera theatre and a gala award announcement of the international competition Eurocrest or awarding of participants of the competition of young talents JuniorErb, who will as usual receive also memorial certificates of the Vice President of the Senate of the Parliament of CR. |
