Mayor of Prague, Mr. Pavel Bem invited Budapestian Mayor, Mr. Gabor Demszky, to the ISSS/V4DIS conference and Mr. Oldrich Vlasak, Mayor of Hradec Kralove, the Global Cities Dialogue's vice chair city for Eastern Europe, joined this invitation and offered Budapest a membership in the Global Cities Dialogue organization.
